It has been a loooong time since my last post, but I feel that I have excellent reasons, and since it’s my blog, that’s good enough for me! Last week, I was in wonderful, wooley, Las Vegas, and it took me a few days to recuperate from that trip. For your enjoyment, here are some photos from my odyssey:

It's truly Wayne's World.
It never ceases to amuse me what can be done with a virtually unlimited flow of money. "Gondolas in the desert -- sure, why not?"
Not really sure what this thing is. Could have been a typo on the construction diagrams and nobody would have noticed.
The most tasteful, beautiful hotel I saw on my trip. The Wynn is my inspiration to become a globe-trotting billionaire.
Had to do it. Wouldn't be right to pass up a showgirl in Vegas.
If you believe that, I have a bridge to sell you.
Still only $.25 a ride. What a bargain.
As we say in West-by-God-Virginia, "You cain't hide money."
When I stopped by the Luxor, they told me that they were trying to get away from the Egyptian motif. My comment to them was "You're a giant pyramid with a replica of the Sphinx in front of it. Good luck!"
