So, we took the plunge and bought a building! It’s located in Charleroi, PA, which is a cute little town on the Monongahela river south-east of Pittsburgh.
It needs a lot of work inside, but we think it has a lot of potential!
We’ll keep you updated here as the renovations get going!
We have been in the building for two weeks now and it’s starting to feel more like home. Yesterday we got a deal on a table and chairs for our deck, so I’m having my morning coffee outside!
